Custodial Bids for 2018
The HAAA is accepting custodial bids for the year 2018.
Bids must be received by December 1st.

HAAA Snow Removal Bids
Bidder must be an independent contractor and able to provide proof of insurance.
Scope of work: Clear both east and west entrances of the park back to the Community Center. Clear Community Center parking lot and sidewalks. Apply ice melt as necessary in pedestrian areas. Check and clear snow away from Community Center emergency exits such that exit doors can be opened without interference of snow. Clear path back to HAAA barn.
Contractor will coordinate plowing to coincide with all Community Center scheduled events and rentals using the online Community Center calendar and communicating with HAAA Board of directors or its designee.
Contractor will provide the HAAA Board of directors or its designee the time and dates of the work in the manner specified by the board.
Bid must be submitted by November 1st 2017

Halloween Day – Trick or Treating
Trick or Treating will be held in Hoagland on October 31 from 6:00pm until 8:30pm.
The Hoagland Fire Dept will have refreshments at the Fire Station and the Trucks will be out in the community.
If you wish to have trick or treaters please have your front porch light on.
